| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online shop and add any items you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. When you receive a confirmation of order, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made with pricing, we have inadvertantly under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
| Shipping And Handling As long as we have your item in stock, we will despatch it the next working day after we receive your order. We will ship all items by Royal Mail or courier and you should recieve your completed order within 5 working days. If anything in your order is missing or damaged, please let us know within 3 working days We keep our delivery charges as low as possible - the delivery charges will be per order and not per item. As an introductory special offer - all delivery is free to addresses in the UK. If you live locally to our store (postcodes W5, W7, W13, W4), we will personally deliver and set up your instrument for you. |
| Delivery Schedule If your item is in stock, we aim to despatch it the next working day after we receive your order. You should normally recieve your order within 5 working days. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |
